THE CO2 PROBLEM
CO2 and its influence on our climate is a growing problem. If no action is taken, will result in serious consequences for the next generation.

Around the earth are greenhouse gases, here among CO2 and keeps the heat, as glass in a greenhouse.

We emit ever more CO2 from cars and the production of heat and electricity. We cut down the rainforrests, but the rainforests helps to reduce CO2 levels because they absorb CO2.

We contribute to the increase of greenhouse gases and therefore the temperature of our planet increases.

Temperature rise changes the climate so it becomes unstable and the number of floods, hurricanes and droughts increase. The ice on the North and South Poles will melt. If that happens, there are many animals who will get into trouble. The polar bear will have difficulties in catching seals that come up to get air. If the ice melts it must catch them in the water, but polar bears are slow swimmers. Besides polar bears there are many other mammals, birds and frogs, which will have problems.

Therefore it is important to make sure we have a stable climate with less CO2.
